Line explanation
  • Ball stuck: same coil retentive which requires to hold and coil nutrition to spiral .as company s Ball stuck lines we can mention to it`s pneumatic and hydraulic specification that pneumatic ball stuck for small lines which is have used low-weight coils until 2.5 ton and hydraulic ball stuck uses in weighted coils more than 2.5 ton.Of course manual kind of ball stuck is for heavy coils but because of abolished it produce in customer order.
  • Wield desk: main duty of this part is keeping start point and end point of line used coils for head sheet wielding that is produced in pneumatic kind in which lines that used sheets thickness shouldn’t be more than 2.5 mm and width 300 mm manual. Manual guillotine for sheet wield installed in wield desk and in large sizes it should be used automatic guillotine.
  • Spiral: or it means capacitor and bank that`s duty is hold and saving sheet in other side of ball stuck when coil finished there is enough time to wield the other side of ball stuck head sheet and at the same time with head sheet wielding produce line will work non-stop. Company made spirals are in two kind of rotary floor and rotary roller which in rotary floor it uses a gear motor and whole spiral floor page start spinning but in roller kind it uses 8 electromotor for moving 8 spiral floor spiral that each one have advantages and disadvantages related itself. Forming desk: forming desk made of sheet corrector, guider, gateways, gears, wield protecting guider and pleat got depend on size and line type requirements are different in each situation.

  • Automatic cutting saw: it`s duty is product automatic cut in ordered length and it is from line special and effected points because of speed and machine can move in high speed in many times but as saw cannot cut so line work slower to produce. Cut saws are in two kind of frenetic and cold and can be produce in company .because of cold cut saw mechanism it is hard to produce and machine steel company at first time in country be successful to produce this kind of saw with acceptable speed and allowed tolerance.
  • Vault package dock: manufactured produces by guided parts into guide vault and with strapping picketer so it will be deliver to stock
